1. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, Messtrans may process:

• Account and profile information such as nickname, email address, phone number, country, preferred language, profile photo and introduction.
• Authentication and security information such as authentication tokens, session information, Messtrans device identifiers and device-session information.
• Direct and group messages, message metadata, images, videos and attachments you choose to send.
• Market, Jobs and Community content, including posts, media, reports and blocking actions.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens and information required to deliver notifications and synchronize unread counts.
• Advertising and advertising-interaction information.
• Chat backup files and related metadata when you explicitly use the Backup feature.
• Local application information including preferences, SQLite data, cache files and synchronization state.

Messtrans does not currently request access to device contacts or precise device location for normal application operation.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide profiles, messaging and translation, operate Market and Jobs features, deliver notifications, synchronize messages, secure sessions and devices, provide optional backups, operate advertising, prevent abuse, process reports, maintain the service and provide support.

3. Messages, Translation and Security

Messtrans uses encryption and security mechanisms to protect messaging data and chat information stored on devices.

Message content may be processed temporarily by Messtrans systems when necessary to deliver messages, provide automatic translation, synchronize conversations, restore backups or provide requested messaging functionality.

Messtrans does not describe its messaging architecture as strict end-to-end encryption in which servers can never process message content.

4. Information Stored on Your Device

Messtrans may store encrypted chat information, application preferences, protected authentication information, synchronization state and temporary media or cache files locally on your device.

5. Server Backups

Server backup is optional. Messtrans does not automatically upload chat backups in the background. A backup is uploaded only when you explicitly use the Backup function. The current backup system keeps the latest server backup associated with the account, and users may delete their backup.

6. Push Notifications

Messtrans uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). An FCM registration token may be registered with Messtrans servers so notifications can be delivered to the correct device.

7. Advertising

Messtrans may display advertising through Google Mobile Ads/AdMob and advertising systems operated by Messtrans. Advertising providers may process device, network, advertising, usage or interaction information according to their own privacy practices. Messtrans may record advertising events needed to operate and measure advertising features.

8. Third-Party Services

Messtrans uses third-party services including Google Firebase for notifications and Google Mobile Ads for advertising. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

9. User-Generated Content

Users may voluntarily send or publish messages, profiles, Market posts, Jobs posts, images, videos and other user-generated content. Content intentionally published in public areas may be visible to other users or visitors to Messtrans public web pages.

10. Account and Data Deletion

Users can request permanent deletion of their Messtrans account from within the mobile application.

Users who no longer have access to the application may initiate a deletion request at messtrans.cloud/account-deletion.

Some minimum records may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

11. Data Retention

Messtrans retains information only for as long as necessary to provide the relevant service, maintain security and synchronization, prevent abuse and apply the retention or deletion rules of the relevant feature.

12. Security

Messtrans uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, modification, loss, disclosure or misuse. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

13. Your Choices

Users can choose whether to provide optional profile information, upload media, publish public content, use server backup or receive notifications. Android permissions can also be managed through device settings.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Messtrans may update this Privacy Policy when features, technologies, legal requirements or data-processing practices change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.

2. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu

Dữ liệu được sử dụng để quản lý tài khoản, xác thực, cung cấp hồ sơ, nhắn tin, dịch tự động, Market, Jobs, thông báo, đồng bộ, bảo mật, backup tùy chọn, quảng cáo, chống lạm dụng, xử lý báo cáo, duy trì dịch vụ và hỗ trợ người dùng.

3. Tin nhắn, dịch thuật và bảo mật

Messtrans sử dụng các cơ chế mã hóa và bảo mật để bảo vệ dữ liệu tin nhắn và dữ liệu chat lưu trên thiết bị.

Nội dung tin nhắn có thể được hệ thống Messtrans xử lý tạm thời khi cần thiết để gửi nhận, dịch tự động, đồng bộ, phục hồi backup hoặc cung cấp chức năng người dùng yêu cầu.

Messtrans không mô tả hệ thống nhắn tin là mã hóa đầu cuối nghiêm ngặt theo nghĩa máy chủ không bao giờ có khả năng xử lý nội dung.

4. Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị

Ứng dụng có thể lưu dữ liệu chat đã mã hóa, tùy chọn ứng dụng, thông tin xác thực được bảo vệ, trạng thái đồng bộ và cache hoặc media tạm thời trên thiết bị.

5. Backup

Backup máy chủ là tùy chọn và không tự động chạy nền. Backup chỉ được tải lên khi người dùng chủ động sử dụng chức năng Backup. Hệ thống hiện tại giữ bản backup mới nhất và người dùng có thể xóa backup của mình.

6. Thông báo

Messtrans sử dụng Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Token FCM có thể được đăng ký với máy chủ Messtrans để gửi thông báo đến đúng thiết bị.

7. Quảng cáo

Messtrans có thể hiển thị quảng cáo thông qua Google Mobile Ads/AdMob và hệ thống quảng cáo do Messtrans quản lý. Nhà cung cấp quảng cáo có thể xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách riêng của họ.

8. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba

Messtrans sử dụng các dịch vụ bao gồm Firebase của Google cho thông báo và Google Mobile Ads cho quảng cáo. Các nhà cung cấp này xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách và điều khoản riêng.

9. Nội dung do người dùng tạo

Người dùng có thể tự nguyện gửi hoặc công khai tin nhắn, hồ sơ, bài Market, bài Jobs, hình ảnh, video và nội dung khác. Nội dung được chủ động công khai có thể được người khác xem.

10. Xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu

Người dùng có thể yêu cầu xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản Messtrans ngay trong ứng dụng.

Nếu không còn truy cập được ứng dụng, người dùng có thể gửi yêu cầu tại messtrans.cloud/account-deletion.

Một số bản ghi tối thiểu có thể được giữ lại khi pháp luật, bảo mật, chống gian lận hoặc giải quyết tranh chấp yêu cầu.

11. Thời gian lưu dữ liệu

Messtrans chỉ lưu dữ liệu trong khoảng thời gian cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ, duy trì bảo mật và đồng bộ, phòng chống lạm dụng và áp dụng quy tắc lưu/xóa của từng chức năng.

12. Bảo mật dữ liệu

Messtrans áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức nhằm hạn chế truy cập, thay đổi, mất mát, tiết lộ hoặc sử dụng trái phép dữ liệu. Không có hệ thống điện tử nào có thể đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối.

13. Quyền lựa chọn của người dùng

Người dùng có thể quyết định việc cung cấp thông tin tùy chọn, tải media, đăng nội dung công khai, sử dụng backup hoặc nhận thông báo. Quyền Android có thể được quản lý trong Cài đặt thiết bị.

14. Thay đổi chính sách

Messtrans có thể cập nhật chính sách khi chức năng, công nghệ, yêu cầu pháp lý hoặc cách xử lý dữ liệu thay đổi.
