If you can still access Messtrans, open your Profile and use the Delete account function. The app requires confirmation before deletion.
No longer have access to the app?
You can initiate an account deletion request by email. When possible, send the request from the email address registered to your Messtrans account and include your nickname, registered email address or phone number so the correct account can be identified.
Important: Never send your password or OTP code by email. Messtrans may require additional verification before processing a deletion request to prevent unauthorized deletion.
What happens to your data?
After verification and approval of the request, Messtrans will process deletion of the account and account-linked data according to the service deletion process. Minimum records may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

Nếu vẫn truy cập được Messtrans, hãy mở phần Hồ sơ và sử dụng chức năng Xóa tài khoản. Ứng dụng sẽ yêu cầu xác nhận trước khi xóa.
Không còn truy cập được ứng dụng?
Bạn có thể gửi yêu cầu xóa tài khoản qua email. Nếu có thể, hãy gửi từ email đã đăng ký tài khoản Messtrans và cung cấp biệt danh, email hoặc số điện thoại đăng ký để xác định đúng tài khoản.
Quan trọng: Không gửi mật khẩu hoặc mã OTP qua email. Messtrans có thể yêu cầu bước xác minh bổ sung trước khi xử lý để tránh xóa nhầm tài khoản.
Dữ liệu được xử lý thế nào?
Sau khi xác minh và chấp nhận yêu cầu, Messtrans sẽ xử lý xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu liên kết theo quy trình xóa của dịch vụ. Một số bản ghi tối thiểu có thể được giữ lại khi pháp luật, bảo mật, chống gian lận hoặc giải quyết tranh chấp yêu cầu.
