Role & Leadership: Olga Megorskaya founded Toloka in 2014 and has since led its growth from a crowdsourcing and data-labeling platform into a major global player in artificial intelligence and machine learning development. ​Current Focus: Under her leadership, Toloka provides high-quality training data, specialized data annotation, and model evaluation systems (including generative AI and agentic AI solutions) for top tech companies and frontier AI developers worldwide. ​Additional Ventures: She is also the CEO of Mindrift.ai, a platform established under Toloka to source and train specialized domain experts (such as scientists, engineers, and researchers) for advanced AI training projects.
